15th August Celebration at DAV College, Chandigarh

DAV College, Chandigarh celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great patriotic fervor. The event began with the flag hoisting by the Principal, Dr. Mona Narang, followed by the National Anthem. NCC cadets from all three wings — Air, Navy, and Army — along with NSS volunteers, presented a disciplined and impressive parade, showcasing their dedication and service spirit.

The celebrations featured vibrant patriotic dance performances, soulful songs, and heartfelt poems presented by the students, filling the atmosphere with pride and love for the nation. Faculty members, students, and staff gathered in large numbers to honor the spirit of freedom and pay tribute to the country’s heroes. The program concluded with inspiring speeches and a renewed commitment to uphold the values of unity, integrity, and service to the nation.
